Marco Pigossi: In some ways, yes. High Tide has a clear LGBT theme, because we are talking about a romance between two men, but it also has a thousand other layers. It was the beginning of the pandemic, and I was living in some sort of limbo.

But I am an artist and all I can do is transcend and translate the reality in which I live, inside and outside of myself, into some kind of material. Is Marco Rubio, an American senator, gay?
